OPENING SOON! Located at 1278 Division Hwy, Ephrata, PA

THE ALL-AMERICAN COWBOY GRILLE

We are excited to introduce a small portion of the food you will have the opportunity to experience at our new shop, the Outback Creamery and Grille. Foods that are high quality for a fair price will shape our menu, from a full breakfast selection, soup and salad bar, hot and cold sandwiches, to the sweetest part, the ice cream. Come and enjoy casual dining with a touch of western flavor from the food to the decor. We are looking forward to opening our kitchen and dining room to serve the community and surrounding areas in the near future. Please check back, we will be posting updates on our progress, the anticipated opening date and hours of operation.

OUTLAW FRENCH FRIES
Crispy fresh cut fries drizzled with creamy cheese, sprinkled with  smoked bacon bits, and topped with a scoop of sour cream and sliced green onions.

PULLED BISON SANDWICH
Slow cooked, moist, pulled roasts piled in a cheese lined roll. Add our signature barbecue sauce (regular or spicy) and/or sauteed veggies, for a low fat, wild west taste.

COWBOY CHILI
Homemade, loaded with ground beef, a handsome blend of beans, tomatoes, corn and our secret spices for the perfect comfort food.

THE RANCHER
Tender chicken or prime beef, layered with melted cheese, juicy tomatoes, tucked in leafy lettuce make this is a winner.

OUR STORY

In July 2006, Steve and I became the owners of a small sandwich shop, tucked in a corner of the local Green Dragon Farmers' Market. Thus began our family's journey in the food service business for the next five years. Over time our business continued to flourish with help from our children and dedicated staff. With that blossomed a new idea, the possibility of working this full time on a larger scale. Our search for a location led to the purchase of the former Beam's Music Store property in January 2011. A big step in the journey began, bringing life to our plans for the Outback Creamery and Grille. Many months later, we are filled with enthusiasm for opening day, and eager to serve our customers as the journey continues.......
